Guest Artists

Students at the SC Governorís School for the Arts and Humanities have the unique opportunity to work with highly-regarded practicing artists through our guest artist series.  Guest artists add a dynamic element to the curriculum by joining students in classrooms and studios for mini-residencies, master classes, special seminars, and workshops. Many guest artists offer performances and artist talks that are open to the public, or they may engage in outreach opportunities with students in other schools. Our Humanities program also offers a special opportunity for school-wide guest artists to engage with all students as they explore essential questions in the Humanities curriculum.
