Senior Showcase to feature top performances

Select music students will perform at the Peace Center, May 25 at 7:30 pm
GREENVILLE, SC - The Music Department of the South Carolina Governor's School for the Arts and Humanities presents its 2010 Senior Showcase recital, 7:30 pm on Tuesday, May 25 at the Peace Center's Gunter Theater. The showcase is open to the public. Tickets are $12 for adults and $8 for students and seniors.
Senior Showcase is the end-of-the-year recital that features outstanding student musicians who are chosen through competitive auditions with outside adjudicators.
The 2010 Showcase will include solo and chamber music performances in voice, violin, flute, oboe, French horn, clarinet, bassoon, piano, euphonium and saxophone.
Tickets can be purchased through the Peace Center Box Office, 864.467.3000. The Peace Center is located at 300 South Main Street.
