Jeffrey Lamb joined the Governor's School faculty in 2010 as an instructor for chemistry and biology. After receiving a B.A. in Chemistry from Clemson University, he obtained a M.Div. from Meadville/Lombard Theological School at the University of Chicago and then an M.S. in Chemistry from Clemson University. After eight years of parish ministry with congregations in New York, Texas and Greenville, Jeffrey moved to the high school classroom where he taught chemistry and environmental science in Greenville County schools from 2006-2010 and was twice named an Outstanding Science Teacher within the district (2008, 2010). He is the faculty sponsor for HIPEE (Healthy Individuals Protecting Everyone's Environment) and a faculty co-sponsor for the Gay-Straight Alliance.
