Lisa Lee

Accompanist

Lisa Lee began her studies at age four under the tutelage of her mother, also a pianist. She attended Yech Sei University and in 1994 went to Webster University in St. Louis for a graduate degree in piano performance. While there she received a third place award in the St. Louis Symphony's Young Artists Scholarship Competition, and in 1996, the St. Louis Artist Society chose her as best artist. After obtaining a Master's Degree, she attended the University of Missouri, Kansas City, where she studied with Dr. Robert Wienrich. Currently she is pursing a Doctor of Musical Arts degree at the Uuniversity of South Carolina under the tutelage of Dr. Charles Fugo. She is a faculty member at Greenville College and at the South Carolina Governor's School for the Arts and Humanities.
