Admissions - Summer Visual Arts Programs
Summer visual arts applicants will be required to submit the following with their application:
Applicants must send one 9" x 12" drawing of two unrelated objects from direct observation. (Please do not draw from a photographic resource.)
Summer visual arts applicants should plan for the following for the audition:
Work
Applicant must bring the following to the audition:
- A two- OR three-dimensional piece created for the interview which best demonstrates the applicant's artistic skills
- A sketchbook with 20 or more drawings done from observation in the past 12 months
Drawing Workshop
- Applicants will draw a still life and be observed by SCGSAH Visual Arts faculty.
Interview
- Applicant will be expected to discuss his/her work and aspirations in the arts.
