Support the Guest Artist Fund

Do you remember the thrill of working with a guest artist—or the spark of inspiration you felt while watching one perform at the Governor’s School? Those artists — through performances, private instruction, and expert guidance — shaped our journeys and left a lasting impact on our professional and personal lives as SCGSAH alum. This year, the Alumni Advisory Council is challenging our alumni community to come together and make that same impact for today’s students. By establishing the Guest Artist Fund, we will ensure current students continue to benefit from the same extraordinary opportunities that inspired us all.
Bringing a guest artist to campus requires a meaningful investment of resources to cover travel, lodging, and other expenses, but the impact on our students is truly priceless. These visiting artists spark curiosity, broaden perspectives, and inspire the kind of artistic growth that defines the Govie experience..
In honor of the 25th graduating class, we’re asking every alum to give $25 or more to sustain this initiative. Your support keeps arts education at the highest level accessible for Govies of today and tomorrow.

As a thank you, every donor this school year receives a complimentary Govie Giver sticker.
