Pre-Program Timeline and Action Steps

Available: Financial Assistance Application visit the Financial Assistance Webpage for more information. 

May 1 is the deadline to submit the application and supporting documentation.

For students who have been invited to attend multiple programs: financial assistance for both weeks depends on the availability of funds and the submitted materials.

Use the blue button in the "Decision" tab in the application portal to let us know if you're planning to attend!

Deadline: Pay the $100 deposit to hold your spot

Option 1: Pay online and select "Arts Odyssey" in the dropdown menu.

Option 2: Send a check or money order made payable to "SCGSAH" addressed to the Office of Finance, 15 University St, Greenville, SC 29601. Include the student's name and "Odyssey" in the memo line.

Notifications will be sent by email to those who have completed a Financial Assistance application and submitted supplemental materials. These will include the award amount and the updated program balance due.

Deadline: Pay the remaining Program Balance

Without Financial Assistance, the balance for one week is $550 for those who have paid the deposit. For two weeks, the balance after deposit is $1,100. If you are applying for Financial Assistance, we advise that you wait until after award amounts are announced to pay your balance.
