There is no application fee for the Arts Odyssey program.
The application fee is automatically waived for Summer Dance, Academy, and Residential High School applicants who apply by November 30, 2020.

For those in need of financial assistance who are unable to make the November 30 deadline, the Application Fee Waiver Form can be submitted instead of this fee.
Financial assistance is provided by the Governor's School Foundation, a private nonprofit organization, and is available to South Carolina residents. No student is denied entrance based on the inability to pay the fees listed.

The South Carolina Governor's School for the Arts and Humanities provides financial assistance for qualifying students with funding from the Governor's School Foundation, a private nonprofit organization that raises money to support the school. Financial assistance is available for qualified families to help cover the costs of the Aramark food service plan for our Residential High School and the tuition costs for summer programs.
Accepted students to our programs and current students who are re-enrolling in the high school are eligible to apply for financial assistance. The online financial assistance application, as well as supporting documentation, must be received by the Office of Admissions by Monday, May 3, 2021.
Financial assistance awards will be distributed in mid-May, and all financial information will remain confidential. Financial assistance applications may be subject to verification by the Financial Assistance Committee at any time.
