► WHAT IS ROLLING ADMISSIONS?
Now that we’ve passed December and January’s Priority Deadlines, we are reviewing applications on a rolling basis based on where program openings remain.► WHAT DOES "WAITLIST SPOTS ONLY" MEAN?
We’ve filled the allotted spaces for a program and have a growing waitlist. New applicants may be reviewed for a space on the waitlist.► WHAT DOES "SPACES AVAILABLE" MEAN?
We are still actively recruiting and reviewing applications for these spots!► IS IT TOO LATE TO APPLY?
Many of our programs still have available spaces, and we encourage you to apply! If you’re interested in a program with Waitlist Spots Only, we cannot guarantee that you will be considered for admission.► HOW QUICKLY DO I NEED TO GET MY APPLICATION MATERIALS IN?
We encourage you to get these in as quickly as you can, especially if you would like to apply for Financial Assistance, since you must have an Admissions Invitation before applying for Financial Assistance.► WHEN WILL I RECIEVE AN ADMISSIONS DECISION?
This varies by art area and program! We continue sending Admissions Invitations (to new applicants or those on the waitlist) until 2-weeks before a given program begins.► WHY IS THERE DIFFERING AVAILABILITY FOR MALE AND FEMALE APPLICANTS?
Our Summer Programs and Residential High School are residential, meaning students stay on campus. Because of the static number of male and female beds, certain programs may not be filled to capacity, but their allotted beds in one gender may be.
What to Expect When Applying
Applying is a multi-step process and can take anywhere from five days to several weeks.
Step 1: Complete the Account Set-up Form to create or update your account.
Step 2: Review and complete your Admissions Checklist in the application portal.
Step 3: Most applicants will submit an artistic component to the Admissions Checklist.
Step 4: Depending on art area and grade level, select applicants will be invited to a virtual or in-person audition.
