College Fair
This invitation-only college fair is typically held the last weekend of September. This event connects participating colleges with the highly talented student body of the South Carolina Governor's School for the Arts and Humanities (SCGSAH).
SCGSAH offers pre-professional training across various artistic disciplines:
- Creative Writing
- Dance
- Drama
- Film
- Music (Instrumental and Vocal)
- Visual Arts
Our students pursue these arts programs alongside rigorous academic courses, creating an ideal pool of candidates for top-tier programs nationwide. Our College Fair is specifically designed to facilitate quality interaction between these "Govies" and institutions that align with their ambition.
Participating colleges set up booths across campus so students and thier families can ask questions about their college and career options and pick up information about the school.

College Representative Visits
SCGSAH offers on-campus or virtual college representative visits. Representatives have the opportunity to meet with our students in small groups and talk about academic programs, campus life, financial aid, admissions procedures, etc.
