Actor's Movement Warm-up

Project Description

The body is the actor's greatest tool, so it is critical to warm-up safely and effectively. This pre-recorded resource readies the body for the rigors of an acting class. By centering breath and activating the major muscle groups, this activity enhances coordination and focus, allows greater blood and oxygen flow, and reduces the possibility of injury during physical acting exercises.
