Aspiring filmmakers learn the art of telling stories on film while gaining hands-on experience during every step of the process—from screenwriting through post production.

In the two-year, Residential High School Film Program, juniors and seniors pursue their love of cinematic storytelling in a highly supportive, highly collaborative, pre-professional environment. Mentored by industry professionals, they will learn the technical and artistic skills to proficiently do the following:

►  Write in screenplay format
►  Block and light scenes
►  Direct for the camera
►  Operate state-of-the-art equipment
►  Edit scenes
►  Record and mix audio
►  Make stories come alive on-screen

High School Film Curriculum
The Film curriculum is designed for students to develop the artistic, creative, and intellectual competencies required to move successfully into a postsecondary program.
