Support South Carolina's emerging young artists.
The SC Governor's School for the Arts & Humanities Foundation supports our state's artistically-talented students by raising awareness and generating support for the Governor's School.
Where Young Artists Thrive
The SC Governor’s School for the Arts & Humanities gives young emerging artists the opportunity to explore and refine their talents in a one-of-a-kind, master-apprentice, arts-centered community. The school provides pre-professional training in Creative Writing, Dance, Drama, Music, and Visual Arts, and students attend during their sophomore, junior and senior years, depending on the program.
Governor's School students are recruited by the nation's top colleges, universities, and conservatories, and continue to be successful in careers in the arts, business, education, healthcare, engineering, and other fields.
How You Can Make a Difference
Your tax-deductible gift to the SCGSAH Foundation ensures that cost is not a barrier for any student who is accepted into the Governor's School through student scholarships. Gifts also support the school in ways that state-funding does not by providing guest artist programming, outreach opportunities, professional development for teachers, and more.
Please consider making your gift today so that young artists can share their gifts for years to come.
