Project Description

This pre-recorded resource introduces students to basic movements in West African dance. Through African dance, students increase physical fitness, improve coordination and concentration, and build an understanding of African culture through storytelling. This resource provides an opportunity for students to explore, experience, and learn about traditional West African dance, and witness how movement is inspired by everyday activities.
