The pianist Maxim Lando will present a master class to talented area piano students. Lando has been heralded as “a total musical being: a [person] besotted by music. Not just by a career, with its glamour, but by music itself” (Nordlinger, The New Criterion). His masterclass is open to the public, and curious listeners are welcome to attend. Not only are master classes a way to learn about classical music, but they are a way to experience high-level music making by talented young performers led by the expertise of a professional artist. 

This event is free and open to the public. For daytime events, guests should check in at the Visitor's Center (located at the front of campus)10 minutes before the event starts. Once checked in, you will be escorted to the venue by a student representative.
