Nature Drawing Journal 

Project Description

Drawing from observation is an important skill for both artists and scientists. It allows us to document our findings and share our discoveries with others in our community.  In this activity book, students will combine observation skills with drawing and watercolor skills to create a Nature Drawing Journal. 

Materials Needed

  • Drawing pencils & eraser
  • Watercolor paints & paint brush  
  • Watercolor pencils
  • Sketchbook
  • Cup of water
  • Old rag or paper towel
