The Scholastic Art & Writing Awards is the nation’s longest-running and most prestigious scholarship and recognition program for creative teens in grades 7-12. The SC Governor's School for the Arts and Humanities congratulates the following students for their recognition in the 2021 Scholastic Art & Writing Awards Southeast Region-at-Large competition.  Collectively, these young artists received 107 awards, including 20 gold keys, 40 silver keys, 46 honorable mention awards, and 1 American Visions Nominee award.

Student works that received Gold Keys and the American Visions nomination will continue on to be judged at the national level for the opportunity to win scholarships worth $10,000 and recognition at the national ceremony in New York City.
